Switch off the flame. Transfer it in a bowl and when it comes to room temperature refrigerate it for 2 hours.
- Now cut the bread slice in round shape with the help of a small glass. 2 round shape bread slices will be made with one slice. Like wise cut all. Chop all dry fruits and crumble milk cake piece.
- Take one round slice. Place milk cake over it along with chopped dry fruits.
- Now apply little water on its edges and place the other bread round over it and press it gently on edges to seal. Like wise make all the pockets.
- Now place it on a serving plate. Pour rabdi over it. Garnish with remaining dry fruits and serve.
