- Provide 4 slice of bread.
- Prepare 2 tb of sp water.
- Take of For making slury :.
- Get 2 tb of sp all purpose flour.
- Take 2 tb of sp water.
- Prepare To taste of salt.
- Provide 1/8 tsp of Black pepper powder.
- Prepare of For making stuffing :.
- Prepare 4 of boiled potatoes.
- Use 1/2 bowl of peas.
- Provide 1 of " piece ginger.
- Prepare 1 of Green chilli.
- Get 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds.
- Get 2 tb of sp chopped coriander leaves.
- Take 2 tb of sp cooking oil.
- You need To taste of salt.
- Use 1/4 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Use 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.
- Provide 1/4 tsp of chaat masala.
- Provide 1/4 tsp of mango powder.
- You need of Others.
- Use of Cooking Oil for deep frying.
- You need of Tomato ketchup.
Steps to make Bread Samosa :
- Peel and mash boiled potatoes. Grate ginger. Now heat oil in a karahi and put cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter add grated ginger sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add green peas and green chilli and saute for 3 minutes or till peas are soft. Add mashed potatoes, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chaat masala and mango powder. Mix well. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.
- Now in a separate bowl make slury by mixing all purpose flour, salt, black pepper and water. Beat well.
- Now cut the edges of bread. Roll with the help of rolling pin like a chapati. Brush it with few drops of water. Paste slury with your fingers on one edge of the bread.
- Now make a cone of the rolled slice and seal the side on which slury was applied with the other side. Fill potato stuffing in the cone.
- Apply slury on upper sides of cone and seal it nicely. Like wise make all the samosas.
- Heat oil in a karahi and deep fry till golden. Flip the side and fry from other side also.
- Serve hot with Tomato ketchup.
